Returns and refunds

You may withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason until 14 days after the day you receive the last item in your order. You may also notify us before delivery. Email your name, order number and relevant items to info@studios0.com. Giving a reason is optional. You may also use the model form below.

After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the items to Studio S0, Antwerpenstraat 5, 7543 ZS Enschede, Netherlands. For ordinary withdrawal, you pay the direct return shipping costs. Keep proof of postage.

Inspect the product as you could in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary to assess it may result in a deduction for diminished value. Pack it carefully, using its original packaging where possible; missing packaging does not automatically exclude withdrawal.

We refund within 14 days of your notification, using the original payment method without additional fees. We may wait until we receive the items or proof of return, whichever comes first. For a complete withdrawal, we also refund the original standard delivery costs; this does not apply to a partial withdrawal.

Only goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalized may be exempt from the cooling-off period, if disclosed before purchase. Being handmade alone is not an exemption.

For damaged, incorrect or faulty items, contact us as soon as possible, preferably with photos. This does not limit your statutory rights. A statutory remedy is free of charge; Studio S0 pays any necessary return shipping.
